Chemical composition is monitored using hand-held VANTA spectrometer, both at the material input and output in the production and sale. In this way, material uniqueness of our products is guaranteed.
Surface roughness is measured using INSIZE ISR-C300 roughness tester. This device is used already in the manufacturing process, but also for inspection of delivered products before dispatching to our customers.
At the receiving inspection, steel surface roughness is measured using Hartip 2000 hardness tester.
This parameter is monitored, mainly, in abrasion resistant metal sheet, tool and round steels, type +QT.
